We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet residential area and surrounded by beautiful views. The service was exceptional, with room service available and friendly staff who were always ready to assist us. We especially enjoyed the car hire service, which made it easy for us to explore the nearby attractions. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, equipped with all the amenities we needed for a luxurious stay. We also appreciated the housekeeping service, as our room was always clean and tidy. The hotel had a lovely garden area where we could relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The spa and wellness centre was a great addition, offering a variety of treatments and services to enhance our relaxation.

The hotel had a great location; it was close to the city center along the riverside yet quiet. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of vegan options, and the staff was always helpful and spoke fantastic English. The hotel facilities were modern and clean.

A restaurant for lunch and dinner would have been a plus. Luggage transport from the main building to reception was a bit of a struggle.

Convenient location for walking and experiencing Vietnamese culture. Beautiful and sparkling clean room, good breakfast, and nice swimming pool. Peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Staff, especially Mr Thanh, were friendly and helpful.

My stay at Shining Riverside was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make my birthday special, even surprising me with a birthday cake. The hotel's beautiful pool and property added to the enjoyable experience. While it was a bit of a walk to the center of town, I appreciated the quieter atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel.
